Online materials at home and on campus

The databases and online resources are accessible to SAMK students and staff both on campus and at home.

The link to the online resources on SAMK-Finna will first take you to log in with your SAMK-ID and then you can access the online resource. In some cases, you log in with your SAMK email (Microsoft login).

A few of the resources require a separate user ID. The link to the resource will indicate if the resource requires its own user ID and where to obtain it.

Unfortunately, some online resources can only be accessed on SAMK campuses, not off-campus. One such resource is Finnish newspapers on ePress.

VPN connection

SAMK students can also use the SAMK VPN connection. For more information, go to byod-info.samk.fi → Network → StudentVPN connection.
