The "war on culture" was launched by the prime minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen and continued by the Minister of Culture Brian Mikkelsen.
The writer is a critic and curator who lives and works in Berlin and in Copenhagen. He is assistant professor of Art Theory and coordinator of the Critical Studies Program at Malmö Art Academy, Sweden.
