The purpose of this thesis was to research how well customers of Osuuskauppa Keula know the company and what kind of image they have about Keula. In theoretical part all the important concepts are explained and it clarifies which are the differences between these similar terms of customers’ awareness of the company, including reputation, brand and image. The thesis also explains which things affect the customers’ image and vision of the company. The research method used in this thesis was quantitative method, as an interview for the customers. Customers were interviewed in different market places of Keula. The interview form was created based on theoretical information. According to the results, Keula’s customers know the company quite well, still there are some advantages and benefits the customers are not aware of. The customers’ image of Keula is also good and they know the most common departments of Keula.
